Testimonials

  • As a competitive long distance runner I often feel like I am walking (or running) a thin line between quality training and injury. After working with Nancy I noticed an immediate increase in flexibility and was able to make the most of my training without the usual aches and pains. With her knowledge of athlete-specific massage and integration of active isolated stretching she has become an indispensable resource during my marathon training.
