TMJ Temporomandibular Joint Disorder) Therapy

Relieve Jaw Pain. Restore Comfort.

Do you experience jaw pain, headaches, teeth grinding, or clicking when you open your mouth? You may be dealing with Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction, a common condition that affects the muscles and joints responsible for chewing, speaking, and jaw movement.

TMJ massage therapy is a specialized treatment that focuses on releasing tension in the muscles of the jaw, face, neck, and shoulders. Using gentle, targeted techniques, including intraoral (inside the mouth) treatment when appropriate. Massage can help reduce muscle tightness, improve jaw mobility, and decrease pain

TMJ massage therapy may help with:

  • Jaw pain and tenderness
  • Teeth grinding (bruxism)
  • Jaw clicking or popping
  • Limited mouth opening
  • Headaches and migraines
  • Facial pain
  • Ear pain or pressure related to TMJ
  • Neck and shoulder tension
  • Stress

Every treatment begins with an assessment to understand your symptoms and develop a personalized treatment plan. Many clients notice improvement after just a few sessions, while chronic conditions may benefit from a series of treatments.

If jaw pain is interfering with your daily life, TMJ massage therapy may be an effective, non-invasive option to help you move, eat, and smile more comfortably.

By appointment only. Referrals from dentists and healthcare providers are welcome.
